Andrew Kleeman

Andrew Kleeman, CPA is a Managing Director and Head of Finance and Operations at Roaring Brook Holdings.

Prior to joining Roaring Brook, Andrew was an Assistant Controller at Siris Capital Group where he oversaw the accounting and operations for Siris’ private equity funds, FP&A and management company. Andrew was responsible for leading the accounting, financial reporting, and for the oversight of multiple complex strategic minority stake transactions. Andrew developed accounting processes, ensured regulatory compliance, and reviewed legal and financial documentation. Additionally, he sat on the ESG committee and played a pivotal role in integrating environmental, social, and governance factors into the firm’s investment strategies and reporting practices.

Prior to that Andrew was a Manager at KKR & Co. Inc, and a Senior Accountant at Marcum LLP.

Andrew has a B.S. in Accounting and Supply Chain Management from Indiana University Bloomington. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  He lives in New York City with his wife and daughter.
