Joseph DiMartino

Joe has over 25 years of investment, portfolio & business strategy, capital formation and operating experience founding, leading and scaling multi-billion-dollar hedge funds and private equity organizations.

Prior to Roaring Brook, he served as the COO of The Radcliff Companies, a $3 billion AUM private equity firm based in New York. Before Radcliff, he was Senior Managing Director of Milfam, a $1 billion AUM family office, serving as a senior investment professional and as Co-Managing Partner and Head of Portfolio Strategy at Broadbill, a hedge fund anchored by Milfam. 

Prior thereto, his experience includes co-founding Zimmer Partners, a $4 billion AUM hedge fund and, for the decade prior, serving as president of Ivory Capital, a $4 billion AUM hedge fund. Joe began his career as an analyst focused on public and private equity and venture capital
