Kyle Tatz is the Co-Managing Partner and Founder of Roaring Brook Holdings.

Kyle Tatz is an experienced investor, entrepreneur, board member and operator with a track record of value creation in building, scaling, and acquiring innovative businesses.

​

Kyle was a founding partner at Redesign Health – a leading healthcare investment and company creation platform. From inception, Kyle oversaw all teams responsible for new idea generation - in this capacity he was critical in raising and deploying over $750 million in investor capital and launching over seventy new healthcare ventures. This success translated into the creation of >$1 billion in enterprise value at Redesign’s management company in under five years.

Prior to Redesign, Kyle was part of the investment team at Highfields Capital, a $13 billion hedge fund, where he invested across sectors such as consumer, technology, and financial services. At Highfields, Kyle was an active investor in publicly traded GPs. He began his career at The Blackstone Group's Restructuring and Reorganization Advisory group, where he provided strategic advice to distressed companies.

He graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he studied Finance and English. Kyle lives in Greenwich, CT with his wife and two children.
